A few of my precious hours this week have been spent invoicing and chasing up membership fees 😭
Reminder of our Terms & Conditions (which were updated in January 2024)
"We request a standing order is set up for 1st of every month to hold your child's membership at MHDA. No refunds are given for when the student is not in attendance.
Our pay as you go Fusion class must be paid beforehand, only students marked as paid will be allowed to enter the studio.
If we have not received your child's membership fee on 1st, you will receive an invoice of £10 to cover admin costs, this late payment charge along with the membership fee will need to be paid within 48 hours.
After this time, the student will be asked to cease to attend…"
Also, I am recieving late membership fees without the admin fee. This is after the late invoice has been sent and opened! Even more of my time is then spent, sending messages, reinstating the terms…
If, since January, you haven’t set up a standing order to pay your child’s membership fees, please do so asap, it would be greatly appreciated.
